The Sammamish Beach Club is a private shared beach -- part of land ownership in Beaumont, Sammamish Heights and Lake Crest neighborhoods in Bellevue, WA.

Beach: Security

Lock Fence Gate (Always) and Storage Sheds

Because the beach facility is shared by many users and because we allow members to leave personal items at the beach, we ask that you consider the security of all member's property by making sure that the fence gate is locked at all times. This is especially important if you've left the Beach House door or either of the storage sheds unlocked!

If you're going out in a boat, make sure that everything is locked up before you leave!

The primary rule is: If you can't see it or monitor access to it, lock it up.
